This Easter, we warmly invite you to celebrate spring with us through a culinary experience.
Throughout the holiday period, we’ll be serving a special 4-course Easter menu — available both at lunch and dinner.
The meal begins with our homemade sourdough bread, freshly baked from the oven. Next comes a starter of cold-smoked trout, delicate and pure in flavor. For the intermediate course, we present wild garlic ravioli, bringing the first true taste of spring to your plate. The main course features organic Lacaune lamb from Kapellenhof, gently confited and then grilled to perfection. To finish, rhubarb, almond tart, and crème fraîche round off the menu with a fresh and light touch.
