For one evening, Emma Metzler will transform into a temporary Austrian-style tavern – a laid-back stop-in for anyone hungry or thirsty. Head chef Anton dips into his memories of his time at Steirereck, bringing alpine classics to the plate.

At the counter, sommelier Patrick calls on the Styrian Berliners-by-choice from Drops, who know exactly how to get your taste buds gliding. Spicy Grüner Veltliner, silky Blaufränkisch, aged Domaine Disco, and New Wave Champagne from Aurélien Lemaire poured by the glass – plus crystal-clear, saline wines from the Palatinate by Marie Adler, crafted high up in Leistadt.
