For Valentine’s Day, we would like to warmly welcome you once again this year and spend a special evening together. On February 14th, we will treat you to an exclusive 4-course menu, prepared with fresh, regional ingredients.

Of course, our homemade sourdough bread will be part of the experience, followed by a delicious starter featuring the fine char from the Rameil fish farm in Waldeck and a warming soup. For the main course, we will serve you a tender piece of the best pork from Biohof May, and to end the evening, a dessert that will delight with hazelnut, coffee, and hay cream ice cream.

If you have vegetarian preferences or any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance – we will be happy to prepare an alternative dish for you.
