On St. Martin’s Day on November 11th, the delicious goose returns to Emma Metzler! Look forward to a varied menu with Odenwald pasture geese, which we prepare for you from beak to rump. The geese come from farmer Mann from Klein-Zimmern near Dieburg. There they grow on the pasture with plenty of space for seven months and are fed exclusively beets and grain meal. At the beginning of October, our head chef Anton brought fresh inspiration from Seoul. Look forward to mild Korean chilis, sesame and other delicious nuances that will enrich the well-known menu.
